Baird Media was founded by Ethan and Hendrik Baird, a father-son duo who discovered their creative rhythm while working together at an online radio station. What began as a collaboration in radio soon grew into a shared vision: to help others harness the power of podcasting.
Together, they transformed that online station into a global platform, managed a team of over 30 volunteers, and fell in love with the potential of new media.
After years of learning, refining, and studying the podcasting landscape, Ethan and Hendrik launched Baird Media in 2021—with the confidence to put their name on the door.

He holds a Master’s degree in Media and Journalism and has a deep understanding of story structure, audience engagement, and podcast strategy.
Hendrik leads on concept development, scripting, and creative direction.
Together, they’ve produced award-winning content, launched multiple original shows, and guided clients from first idea to polished, published episodes.
