Payment Requirements:
All fees are required to be paid in advance before any services are rendered.
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) must be signed by both parties before the commencement of any work.
Payment Methods:
South African payments are accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
International payments are accepted via Paypal.
International Payment Service Fee:
For international payments made through Paypal, a service fee of 5% will be added to the total invoice amount.
Invoice Issuance:
An invoice will be generated and sent to the client upon agreement on the scope of work and associated costs.
Commencement of Work:
Work on the project will only commence once the full payment has been received and confirmed.
Currency:
All prices and fees are quoted in the currency specified in the invoice.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only applicable in adherence to the terms outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Late Payments:
Any late payments may result in a delay in the commencement or completion of the agreed-upon services.

The terms and conditions outlined here are to be read in conjunction with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), which will be signed by both parties before the commencement of work.
Modification of Terms:
These payment terms and conditions are subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated in writing and will require the agreement of both parties.
